Wild Is The Night
...
There is a calm to the rush of days...
Hair waving against my back
Running barefoot through the tall grass.
There is a madness,
I cannot retreat
Silent silhouette
One with the trees.
There is a me
Then there is not.
The space between__
Dissolving
a
dream.
Where mossy ground finds home
On forest floors
And deer roam
Around your dandelion wishes...
Find me here.
Barefoot chill,
Enticing touch
Grounding Reverie
Inside the mystery.
Turning and returning
Inside my lair\
Peeling back the layers__
Of doubt and shame...
Giving it a new name.
Wild is the night
Wild in my eyes.
Shedding skin
Again and again.
Life is a divine chance
But I don't care to dance
With society's demands
I'll fall and stumble everytime
On that missing beat
Somewhere along the way
I discovered a richer path to take.
